Throughout these Terms, “MainProfitStockz,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MainProfitStockz.com. “You” and “customer” refer to anyone who visits our website, places an order, creates an account, or enrolls in a subscription.

By accessing our website, purchasing a product, or enrolling in our VIP subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our website or make a purchase.

You may not use our products, website, supplier information, or services for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized, deceptive, or abusive purpose.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing, contact, and account information when placing an order.

2. Digital Products

MainProfitStockz primarily sells digital products, including supplier lists, manufacturer information, wholesaler resources, sourcing bundles, directories, educational information, and related digital content.

No physical product will be shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

Digital access may be delivered through:

• Email
• Download link
• Customer account
• Membership portal
• Online dashboard
• Another electronic delivery method

You are responsible for entering a valid email address and checking your spam, junk, and promotions folders after purchasing.

3. VIP Subscription and Three-Day Free Trial

MainProfitStockz may offer an optional recurring membership known as the VIP Subscription or VIP Membership.

Three-Day Free Trial

When you enroll in an eligible VIP offer, your membership begins with a three-day free trial.

The free trial begins immediately when your subscription enrollment is completed and lasts approximately 72 hours.

Automatic Paid Conversion

Unless you cancel before the free trial expires, your VIP Membership will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription.

At the end of the three-day free trial:

• Your payment method will be charged the subscription price displayed at checkout.
• Your membership will continue automatically.
• You will be charged again every 30 days.
• Recurring charges will continue until you cancel the subscription.

The exact subscription price, applicable taxes, trial terms, and billing details will be displayed before you enroll.

Authorization for Recurring Charges

By enrolling in the VIP Membership, you expressly authorize MainProfitStockz and its payment providers to:

• Store your payment method as permitted by law.
• Charge your payment method when the free trial ends.
• Charge the subscription price every 30 days afterward.
• Continue recurring billing until you cancel.

Your failure to use the membership does not automatically cancel your subscription.

How to Cancel

You may cancel the VIP Membership at any time by using an available cancellation option in your account or by contacting:

Include your full name, purchasing email address, and available order or subscription information.

To avoid the first paid charge, your cancellation request must be received before the three-day free trial expires. To avoid a later renewal charge, your request must be received before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Unless otherwise stated, you may continue using paid VIP access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds for Subscription Charges

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a new 30-day billing period has started, except when:

• You were charged after properly canceling.
• You were charged more than once for the same billing period.
• A refund is required by applicable law.
• We approve a refund under our Refund Policy.

We do not generally provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Failed Payments

If a recurring charge is declined, we or our payment provider may attempt to process the payment again.

We may suspend or terminate VIP access if payment cannot be collected. You remain responsible for legitimate charges incurred before cancellation or termination.

Trial Eligibility and Abuse

We may limit free-trial eligibility to one trial per person, household, account, email address, device, or payment method.

Creating multiple accounts or using false information to obtain repeated free trials is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without notice.

Subscription Changes

We may change the price or features of the VIP Membership. When required, we will provide notice before a pricing change applies to a future billing period.

Continuing the subscription after the effective date of a properly disclosed change constitutes acceptance of the updated subscription terms.

4. Products and Services

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue products and services.
• Change product pricing.
• Limit quantities or access.
• Refuse or cancel suspicious or unauthorized orders.
• Correct descriptions, pricing errors, or other website mistakes.

We may update digital products over time, but purchasing a product does not guarantee permanent updates unless the product page specifically includes them.

5. Supplier and Manufacturer Resources

Our digital products may contain information relating to independent suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, fulfillment providers, private-label services, and other third parties.

These businesses are independent from MainProfitStockz. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not own, operate, control, represent, or act as an agent for any listed third party.

• Acceptance of new customers

6. No Business or Income Guarantee

MainProfitStockz does not guarantee:

• Successful supplier relationships

• Specific wholesale pricing
• Customer demand
• Approval by a supplier
• Business growth
• Advertising results

• Product authenticity or quality from an independent third party

Examples, testimonials, pricing references, or business discussions are provided for informational purposes and do not promise that you will achieve the same result.

Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your experience, decisions, budget, marketing, market conditions, supplier selection, and business operations.

7. Customer Due Diligence

Before working with any supplier, manufacturer, or wholesaler, you should independently review:

Subscription cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for charges already processed.
